The highlight of the visit was the launch of the Juvenile Justice Management Information Portal, developed to bring greater transparency to the child protection system.
Interaction with Women and Children
During her visit, the Chief Minister inspected key facilities within the complex, including the Mahila Haat, Samarth Anganwadi, and Sankalp Hub. She interacted with women working there, praising their confidence and determination to become self-reliant. She also met children, distributing school bags and stationery, and provided health kits to mothers to support their well-being.
Recognition for Anganwadi Workers and Digital Push
The CM honored Anganwadi workers by distributing incentives in recognition of their dedicated service. Concluding the event, she officially launched the Juvenile Justice Portal. This digital platform will enable real-time monitoring of child care and protection services, marking a significant step toward improving accountability and safeguarding children’s legal rights.
