Wave Cinemas brings new era of luxury theatre to Janakpuri

New Delhi18 October 2026: Wave Group today announced the grand opening of Wave Cinemas at Unity one Mall, Janakpuri. The new multiplex features two screens with 116 gold class seats, offering a distinctive resto-cinema experience where exceptional hospitality, thoughtfully curated food and immersive entertainment come together under one roof.

Wave Cinemas, one of North India’s leading cinema chains, entered the exhibition business in 2003 with its first multiplex in Noida. Since then, the brand has consolidated its presence and currently has a total of 11672 screens. The company plans to add 20 more screens and approximately 4,000–5,000 seats by next year as it looks to expand its footprint across India and strengthen its presence in key markets nationwide.
Upcoming projects in Gurugram (5 screens), Raj Nagar Extension (5 screens), and Noida Extension (4 screens) are currently underway.
