At 7 AM, the overall AQI of Delhi-NCR was recorded at 270. Near the Akshardham Temple area, the AQI was 269, clearly showing that the air quality continues to fall in the ‘Poor’ category (AQI between 201–300 is considered Poor).

Weather Update: Cold Wave and Sunshine

The weather in the capital showed slight variation on Saturday. A cold wave in the early morning made the air feel sharply cold and dry. However, as the day progressed, sunshine provided some relief from the chilly conditions.

Fog Alert for December

The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued an important alert for the first week of December. Dense fog is likely during early mornings and evenings. The fog may disrupt road and rail traffic, and travellers are advised to plan their journeys cautiously.
