The Prime Minister’s Internship Scheme (PMIS) 2025 is being accepted. Graduate and diploma pass-outs (regular as well as online/distance learning) as well as applicants who have done at least Class 10 can apply. Even so, their annual family income (self, spouse, parents) should be less than ₹8 lakh. In addition, the applicants should be between 21 and 24 years old on March 12, 2025, and should not be full-time employed or pursuing full-time education.
This 12-month internship will give selected candidates a monthly allowance of ₹5,000 and a one-time joining incentive of ₹6,000. Participants will also be covered under government schemes with insurance. Under the administration of the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, PMIS provides internships in India’s 500 leading companies, providing participants with precious on-the-job experience in diverse sectors.
The last date to apply is March 12, 2025, and those interested can apply on the official website: pminternship.mca.gov.in. The registration process includes filling out the form and saving the confirmation page.Launched by Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman, PMIS looks to empower youqng people from financially underprivileged backgrounds through work experience that can improve their job prospects. The pilot program is for 1.25 lakh youngsters with a vision of providing one crore internships in five years’ time. The initiative is a major move towards empowering India’s young talent by getting them ready for professional success.
