New Delhi: The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued a fresh alert for heavy rainfall and strong winds across several parts of Delhi-NCR in the next two hours. According to the forecast, heavy rain is expected in South Delhi areas including Mehrauli, Chhatarpur, IGNOU, Aya Nagar, and Dera Mandi. Parts of NCR such as Faridabad,
