Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis on Monday firmly stated that Prime Minister Narendra Modi would continue leading the nation for many more years.
Fadnavis made this assertion while responding to claims made by Shiv Sena (UBT) leader Sanjay Raut. Raut had alleged that PM Modi’s visit to the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) headquarters in Nagpur on Sunday was to inform RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat about his retirement plans.
Dismissing these claims, Fadnavis emphasized that there was no truth to such speculations. He reaffirmed that PM Modi remains committed to the nation’s progress and has the unwavering support of the people. According to Fadnavis, Modi’s leadership has been transformative, and his vision continues to drive the country forward.
Chief Minister also pointed out the close bond between RSS and BJP, rubbishing the idea that Modi had to take approval or declare retirement at the RSS headquarters. He blamed opposition leaders for spreading false reports to generate political confusion.
Fadnavis also said that PM Modi has always served the development of India, and his leadership will be long lasting in the future. He believed Modi would continue making policies favorable to the country and enhance its global position.
Reiterating his trust in Modi’s leadership, Fadnavis said the people of India recognize his dedication and will continue to support him. He urged political opponents to focus on constructive politics rather than engaging in baseless rumors.
